Bayern Munich are targeting Heung-Min Son, according to Football Insider.

The South Korean has a two-year contract with Tottenham Hotspurs and talks for an extension have stalled between the player and Jose Mourinho’s side.

The German club are reportedly willing to offer Son more than £200,000-a-week on a five-year deal to quit the Premier League club for the Bundesliga.

Son has 13 goals in 28 matches in the Premier League this season and keeps impressing for the Premier League side but could be tempted to leave Spurs to challenge for honours after they were knocked out of the Europa League this season.

The forward refused to discuss his future with Spurs earlier in February saying “It’s a bit unfair to talk about a new contract at the moment, I am focused on the games and my team and that is the most important thing at the moment.

“I’m happy to be here and I’m working hard as a player and the team.”

Spurs will play Manchester City in the finals of the Carabao Cup in three weeks’ time ina bid to end the 13-year trophy drought.

The 28-year-old suffered a hamstring injury during the North London derby, before missing the Europa League defeat against Dinamo Zagreb and the win against Aston Villa before the international break.

He was then removed from the Korean squad for their friendly against Japan, giving him time to recover over the two-week break in the hope that he will be fit for the game against Newcastle.
