Ghana's single greatest challenge at the moment is unemployment.

According to Felix Ofosu Kwakye, former Deputy Minister of Communication, the unemployment rate has stayed constant at 13.4%, the highest level since the fourth republic.

The former Minister stated that it is a concerning element because the current educational system is failing the next generation of employees.

This was revealed during a retreat conference for the Youth Organizers Wing in the Sunyani West constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) themed; rebuild, re-strategize to recapture.

According to the former Minister, young people who are denied the opportunity to develop their abilities through training have a higher chance of finding work.

He urged party members, particularly youth organizers, to work hard from the branch level to the national level.

In an interview, Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo, a Bono regional youth organizer, said the Bono regional NDC youth wing wanted a complete investigation into the election-related death.

He demanded justice for the NDC members who died in Banda, as well as other followers of the party who were attacked and injured in Dormaa West, Sunyani East, and Sunyani West.

Some of the Youth Organizers who performed well in the 2020 general elections were honored by the party.
