Akua Donkor Threatens To Sue State Attorney/CID  Officer Over Alleged Fraud

The Founder and Leader of the Ghana Freedom Party, Madam Akua Donkor, has threatened to take legal action against one State Attorney in Koforidua (name with held) and a CID officer for alleged fraudulent deal and unlawful arrest.

Madam Akua Donkor asserted that, the said officers without any justification have connived to molest and sent her to court on the basis that she has occupied a house she bought with her own money at Nsawam in the Nsawam-Adoagyire Municipality in the Eastern Region.

According to her, the state attorney unlawfully arraigned her before Kumasi high court and wasted her time for no wrong done.

"I am proceeding to court for the laws of the country to take its course. One a state attorney together with some CID inspector in Kumasi wants to take me for granted, they want to kill me but I won't tolerate that. I am pleading with the Attorney general and the IGP to look into the matter and take it up", she stated.

The controversial farmer cum politician reiterated that, she suspects there are some evil hands behind the illegal behaviours of both the CID inspector and the state attorney.

"I think some people just wants to bring me down because they can see i'm very competitive in the country but their evil deeds cannot hold water."
