The Nurses have petitioned the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District Chief Executive and the Member of Parliament but the situation remains unresolved.

Nurses at Ampia-Ajumako a Community in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District in the Central Region have alerted the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo's government that their lives are in danger hence the need to resolve such threat.

The Health workers have also notified the District Chief Executive for Ajumako Enyan Essiam District, Honourable Emmanuel Ransford Kwesi Nyarkoh and the Member of Parliament, Honourable Ato Forson to put up measures to safeguard their welfare at the workplace.

According to the nurses, they lack security at the Hospital which is located at the outskirt of the Ampia--Ajumako Community. They have complained and petitioned the various office in charge yet nothing has been done about the situation. 

The lack of electricity, per their statements, has added more woes to their plight and due to this, they close at 3 pm each day due which affect admitted patients.

They knocked at why a constructed nursing Quarters have been abandoned for two years when they pay huge sums of money for accommodation.

They are therefore appealing to the government to come to their aid for support.
