Rotary Club of Cincinnati USA Hands Over Medical Equipment to Jepekrom Health Center.

A team of Rotary Club members from Cincinnati in the USA together with the Rotary Club in Sunyani has donated medical equipment to Japekrom Health Center in the Jaman South Municipal of the Bono Region.

The medical equipment that was presented includes BP apparatus, Scales, Sunglasses, and Lab equipment.

Madam Rose Annaba on behalf of the team appealed to the health center workers to make good use of the equipment so that it will last long.

She again assured the Chiefs of Mpuasu Japekrom Traditional Council and Jaman South Health Directorate that, this will not be the first and last time but they will see more from them and their colleagues in the USA.

On his part, Mr. Asenso Kodom, the Physician Assistant at the Health Center said, they are happy to receive the medical equipment and thanked the team from the Rotary Club roe their assistance to the center but as Oliver Twist always asks for more he used the opportunity to appeal to Rotary Club and anybody to always come to their aid to support them because they are need of a laptop and also wants support for the expansion of the facility. 

The Paramount Chief of Mpuasu Japekrom Traditional Area, Okatakyie Amoah Aturu Konkontwea also expressed his appreciation to the Rotary Club for their support and also thanked the Municipal Health Director, Madam Christiana Kunadu, and the Bono Regional Health Director for the good work done to help them get healthy center at Mpuasu Japekrom land.

He also appealed to them to continue supporting them so that the health center will get all the necessary apparatus and health workers to assist the people living in the area.
