According to DJ Azonto, the #OccupyJulorBiHouse demonstration was only attended by impoverished and unemployed celebrities

Hip-hop singer and DJ, DJ Azonto has poked fun at famous people who joined the recent #OccupyJulorBiHouse protest, claiming that they are unemployed and have no responsibilities in their lives.

According to DJ Azonto, the #OccupyJulorBiHouse demonstration was only attended by impoverished and unemployed celebrities

To call on "the President and members of the Economic Management Team to #FixTheCountry in light of the level of economic mismanagement and theft that has engulfed our government from the highest levels," Democracy Hub, an Accra-based civil society organization, planned the protest for Nkrumah Memorial Day, September 21.

Efya Nocturnal, Efia Odo, Stonebwoy, Pappy Kojo, Kwaw Kese, and D Black, among a host of other well-known Ghanaians, joined protesters on the streets to call on the government to provide better living circumstances.

The protesters, in contrast, don't seem to have anything better going on in their life, according to Dj Azonto.

The Fa Ne Fom musician expressed his disgust of their behavior in a recent interview on Property FM, saying that the celebrities who participated in the demonstration have nothing better to do with their life.

"Those who attended the demonstration were celebrities who are broke, don't own businesses, and have nothing better to do with their time.

"Did you observe the celebs at the protest with the serious faces? Only struggling artists show up to these protests, he observed.

Anyone who dared to mention an entertainer who attended the protest, has a solid track record of being financially stable, and owns a home was openly challenged by him.

“Celebrities who attended the protests are lazy because time is money, so if they had something better to do, why would they go and stand in the hot sun to protest?" he said.
