Ghanaian gospel artiste, Evangelist Diana Asamoah, has said she survived an accident that could have proved fatal on her way to work on Thursday morning.

She revealed that she was on her way to Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, as usual, to host her dawn preaching show when she lost control of her car at Christian Village.

The car swerved into a drain where she could not get out because all the doors were locked, per her report. She would have perished there if not for some workers of Zoomlion who brought in a towing vehicle to help remove the car.

Diana narrated the ordeal to Rainbowradioonline.com, saying: ”I tried getting out but I was locked in the car. The doors were all locked. I now understand why people usually die in situations like these. Imagine the car caught fire, that would have been my end. I was devastated at the incident.”

She was quick to recognize that hand of the Almighty God was in the whole situation and gave Him the praise for saving her life.

She added that 20 men had tried to help her lift the car but to no avail. She appreciated that only God could have sent the factory workers her way at that opportune time.
