City reach agreement with Valencia to sign Torres
Valencia initially wanted a hefty fee for the winger despite entering the final year of his current contract.
Manchester City have finally reached an agreement with Valencia to sign Ferran Torres.
Torres had earlier agreed personal terms with City and was waiting for the two clubs to settle on an approved amount to make his move into the Premier League effective.
An initial deal 25 million euros, plus 12 million euros in add-ons has been reached with the 20-year-old set to sign a five-year deal at the Etihad Stadium.
Ferran Torres will fill the shoes of Leroy Sane who left for Bayern Munich last month.
