Thiago Alcantara is heading to the Premier League after saying goodbye to teammates, report The Sun.

The Spaniard has rejected a new Bayern Munich contract and is willing to fasten himself to the English League next season.

The 29-year old has been linked to the Premier League champions, Liverpool and per Kicker, the Germans would demand between £54million and £72m from any side who wish to sign the former Barca player this summer.

Reports reveal that although the Bavarians are not willing to sell such a creative midfielder yet if he insists on leaving, his sales would back up funds for the purchase of Bayern Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz to reinforce the team.

Jurgen Klopp seeks a creative midfield reinforcement ahead of next season and with Adam Lallana expected to leave at the end of the season, the German would need an addition to embolden his squad for next season.
