According to the minister, reconstruction is going to be community-owned and the people must show their commitment towards it by helping in a form of communal labor to cut down costs and also restored the community in their perspective.
Alex Donkor The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources Samuel Abdullah Jinapoh has appeared to the people of Appiatse to involve themselves in the reconstruction of their community to bring ownership, dignity, and fast-track the reconstruction as well.
Honorable. Samuel Abdullah Jinapoh make this Appeal on February 22nd, 2022 when the ministry of Land and natural resources together with the mineral commission and the Appiatse reconstruction committee organized a durbar to engage victims for possible solutions to their problems.

Mr. Samuel Abdullah Jinapoh continues that, their engagement to the reconstruction will also serve as a form of employment to them but appeal to them that they should not compare that to any other labor work they should accept and reasonable offer given to them and show their involvement.
