Western North Regional Chairman  Donates Smartphones To Serial Callers In Sefwi Akontombra, Juaboso and Bodi

The Western North Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. William Benjamin Assuah, has donated a total number of forty-five (45) smartphones to serial callers in Sefwi Akontombra, Juaboso, and Bodi constituencies in the region.
In addition to that, the Regional Chairman pledged a monthly stipend for serial callers across the region to be used in the purchase of airtime. 
Speaking at the gathering held in the Juaboso constituency, Mr. Assuah emphasized that the initiative is purely intended to resource serial callers and enhance communication activities in the region and that it has nothing to do with his bid in the next regional elections, as some speculate, adding that serial callers are not party delegates and will not vote in the election.
The Regional Communications Director of the party and Presidential staffer Mr. Felix Foster Ackah eulogized all the serial callers for responding to the call for such an august gathering. 
After acknowledging the initiative, Mr. Assuah took the opportunity to educate the serial callers on some recent government initiatives including the E-levy, Benchmark Values reversal, among others. 
The Western North Regional Organizer of the NPP Mr. Samuel Adu Agyei applauded the Regional Chairman for the initiative and encouraged the serial callers to the firm in their resolve in promoting the achievements of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). 
He added that the region is fortunate to have someone in the person of the Regional Chairman, who understands the essence of communication and is taking pragmatic steps in making sure it is vibrant.
A member of the serial callers from the Akontombra constituency Juliet Nkrumah Amponsah commended the regional chairman and also requested support for polling station executives. 
Additionally, She pleaded that the regional communication team should help them with clarifications on some topical government policies and programs so they can be well informed to make their submissions when they call into the radio and tv stations. 
Mr. Agyepong, also from Fawokabra in the Akontombra constituency, after thanking the Chairman, requested an increase in the amount of airtime they receive from the region every month.
Mr. Issah Yahaya (Kanawu) from Bonsu Nkwanta in the Juaboso Constituency, citing instances he was helped by the Regional Chairman, commended him for his leadership and swift response to party faithful in times of need. 
He said, looking at the things he has done ever since he became the Regional Chairman, he is confident that Mr. William Benjamin Assuah will be maintained in the coming elections.
