Viyaa has released a smashing track on the hot topic of racism.

The fast rising songstress titled the track "Black Is My Name".

In the track, the Black Eagle Entertainment signee applauds people leading the fight against racism across the world.

She spoke about being proud of one's colour and standing for who you are under strange circumstances.

"You must be strong enough to withstand our pride. Don't stand my way, Black is my name..." she sang.

The track comes just in time at a period where racism in on the rise in all parts of the world.

Players of Paris Saint Germain and Istanbul Basaksehir came together to stand against racism after the fourth official had reportedly used racist remarks against Mr Pierre Webo, an assistant coach on Tuesday during their champions league tie.

The players of both teams had earlier walked off the pitch on Tuesday night after the fourth referee referred to the Turkish side's assistant coach Pierre Webo by the colour of his skin.
