A Lecturer at the University of Education Winneba, Madam Anita Love Obo Amissah has been vetted to become the new Municipal Chief Executive for Awutu Senya East (Kasoa).
There are three candidates including the incumbent vying for the position but all indicators favour Madam Anita Love Obo Amissah. The competencies and academic credentials of Madam Anita Love Obo Amissah outweigh the remaining two candidates and her understanding of the issues on the ground flops the other two.
Madam Anita Love Obo Amissah is a woman who has sacrificed a lot for the survival of the party at the Constituency and beyond, as a result, she is currently the Deputy Woman Organizer for the party in the constituency.
She has an agenda to change the story of Kasoa by ensuring that it becomes the cleanest city in West Africa.
Her commitment to improve the wellbeing of the grassroots people in the party and to ensure that their plights are well-addressed needs no explanation.
It is obvious that her appointment as MCE would be a sigh of relief for the people of Kasoa especially the NPP supporters.
