The draw for the Champions League quarter-finals and semi-finals will take place on Friday in Nyon, and UEFA will decide on the day before where the pending matches in the competition will be played.

Lisbon is due to host the Champions League final on August 23, with the Europa League final scheduled for August 23 in Cologne.

There are four ties still to be concluded in the Champions League - Chelsea vs Bayern Munich, Napoli vs Barcelona, Real Madrid vs Manchester City and Lyon vs Juventus - with eight to be decided in the Europa League.

UEFA are continuing to keep all alternatives open in a bit to shape the final-eight mini-tournament in Lisbon, which is still planned to go ahead, with monitoring of COVID-19 outbreaks in the Portuguese capital continuing.

Flexibility is the main aim so UEFA can see how the situation evolves before deciding where to host the matches which need to be played.

The teams which were away in the first legs of the undecided ties - Manchester City, Bayern, Juventus, and Barcelona - are pressing for the return legs to be held in their home grounds even though they will be behind closed doors.
