Third Dead Body Found in Lower Manya Krobo Municipality in One Week
The Police have commenced an investigation into the causes of these incidents.

A third dead body has been found in Agormanya, a suburb of Odumase Krobo in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality.
The man, believed to be in his fifties has been found dead at the junction of St. Martin’s Deporres Catholic Hospital in Agormanya, in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality of the Eastern Region.
The cause of his death is not known yet, but some residents alleged he was mentally sick and decline to give details of the cause of his death.
He is believed to have died at the dawn of Wednesday, June 9, 2021, adding that his body has been retrieved and deposited at the St. Martins De Porres Catholic Hospital morgue, waiting for autopsy.
The police said this is the third dead body to be retrieved by Police on the streets of the Korletsom area in the Municipality.
Meanwhile, residents are curious and are gripped with fear, following the continuous retrieval of dead bodies in the area for the past eight (8) days.
On Tuesday an unidentified man was found dead under a bridge between Agormanya Catholic Church and the main market area.
Similarly, death incidents have been recorded, on Monday, and the body was also retrieved in the same area.
According to the police of Odumase Krobo, the district capital, the Police have commenced an investigation into the causes of these incidents.
