Ruth Dela Seddoh, the National Democratic Congress (NDC's) National Deputy Youngsters Organizer, has expressed her dismay at the continued acts of cruelty perpetrated on innocent youth by unscrupulous police personnel wreaking havoc in Ghana.

According to her, under the National Patriotic Party (Npp) regime, the killing of innocent defenseless civilians has grown dramatically, and the situation is worse.

During her visit to the injured youth at Saint Theresa's hospital in Nkoranza, she discovered this.

If the police want to shoot, she argued, they should target the armed robbers frightening Ghanaians, not the innocent civilians protesting against the government and police for justice across the country.

According to the deputy Youth Organizer, the NDC's Youth wing would demonstrate against both the government and the police, seeking justice.

In an interview, the Youth Organizer of Bono East, Bilal Muazu, said that Techiman South in the Bono East region has seen a lot of indiscriminate shooting to kill innocent Ghanaians by security forces.

According to him, many police personnel in Ghana are abusing the law with impunity because the shooting of unarmed individuals by the police is not criminalized.

According to him, the Bono East regional Youth wing would join the national youth agenda to protest the police service and demand justice.
