The District Chief Executive for Seaman District in the Western North Region, Mr. Philip Boahen, has stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has delivered on its promise of making Ghana's economy bounce back and safer despite the current economic challenges.

The District Chief Executive for Seaman District in the Western North Region, Mr. Philip Boahen, has stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has delivered on its promise of making Ghana's economy bounce back and safer despite the current economic challenges.
Mr. Boahen said that compared to other African countries and the world at large, Ghana is relatively safer and more peaceful in economic life because of investments the government has made in the feat of securing the economy.
The DCE, who said this in an interview with Soireenews.com added that the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic affected dismissing most workers in job opportunities, but the government of Ghana did not.
He insisted that the NPP government has done exceptionally well in ensuring Ghanaians do not feel much of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic therefore will continue to invest in the agencies so that they will have all the needed accessibilities of economic freedom to protect the citizenry.
"Undeniably, the economy is that of a challenged one present within the global pace, yet the NPP government has shown a disparity to remain the better managers of the country's economy," Mr. Boahen emphasized.
The District Chief Executive again assured Ghanaians of the continuous commitment of president Addo-Addo and the NPP government to ensuring the economy remains robust and offer opportunities for all and sundry.
He accused the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of politicizing every issue in the country instead of offering constructive criticism and alternative solution.
