A six classroom block has been commissioned by the Kwabre East Municipal on Tuesday, October 10, 2020, at Wadie Adwumakase to accommodate students and maximize their learning experience.

The building contains an Information Technology Center (ICT) and a staff common room that can help teachers connect with one another.

The project according to the Municipal Chief Executive, Honorable Osei Assibey Bonsu was destined for Kasaam, also a suburb in the Assembly but after deliberations with stakeholders, a decision was made to build in one of the towns lacking the infrastructure, and that was Wadie Adwumakase.

The MCE commended the chief of Kasaam for availing land to accommodate the building for the benefit of generations in the town.

“This project wasn’t meant for Wadie Adwumakase. We were supposed to construct it at Kasaam but after observation, we saw that a similar building was available which was not fully utilized by students so we decided to construct it at where there was lack,” he added.
