Sarkodie, Aisha Modi, Supported Me After My Accident - Yaw Sarpong

Yaw Sarpong has revealed that only Sarkodie and Aisha Modi helped in out of all the artistes in Ghana when he had his accident last year.

He disclosed that Sarkodie gave him money while Aisha Modi showed him emotional care after his dreadful auto crash.

The legendary artistes used the example to show how Sarkodie is not the villain the media paints him to be as his love and respect for humanity is incomparable.

This he said in an interview on Onua FM's Anigye Mmre programme with Christian Adjei Frimpong.

Per reports, the accident occurred after an over-speeding truck trying to overtake another vehicle took over their lane—and in an attempt to avoid a head-on collision, the car which the gospel star was in, got hit by a different vehicle.

Occupants in the vehicle, including the veteran musician and his backing vocalist, Maame Tiwaa, Zionfelix, reportedly sustained minor injuries and they are receiving treatment at the Dwaso Hospital.

After his accident, he said he couldn’t fathom how the occupants of the car survived while speaking in an interview on Zionfelix uncut.

According to him, a vehicle veered into their lane which could have led to a head-on collision.

However, the vehicle in which they were travelling somersaulted thrice after their driver attempted to escape that scene which could have been more deadly.

He said a vehicle fell on his third son whom he identified as Jordan who was with them leaving his lead vocalist, Maame Tiwaa injured.

He revealed that Maame Tiwaa’s shoulder was dislocated, coupled with a cut on the forehead among other injuries to her body.

Mr Sarpong also said he had minor pains in parts of his body including his waist.
