Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale says Ghanaian bloggers are bound to receive extreme punishment from God because they seem to only be interested in publishing negative news about him to gain an audience. 

The artist claims that bloggers that mess with him mess with the servant of God, and they will only continue to incur suffering on themselves as they keep depicting him in a negative way.

Shatta Wale made known of these words in a live Facebook streaming video where he also picked on some key musicians in the creative arts industry including the Hiplife ‘grandpapa’ Reggie Rockstone and Sarkodie for not promoting peace and donating to support the needy in this Coronavirus season but allegedly encouraging petty fights also termed as “beef” online.

He claimed that some people in the creative arts industry including musicians and bloggers intentionally make efforts to thwart his recent Faith Concert which was transmitted live on YouTube from his personal studio in his residence by introducing unnecessary hype to ‘useless’ activities online.

Shatta Wale then declared that God would punish Ghanaian bloggers for deliberately trying to draw attention away from his online concert. He reminded them that the whole VGMA programme was banned due to the Coronavirus outbreak after VGMA banned him, meaning it was an act of revenge for his favor and the Almighty is bound to interfere in this one too.
