Postpone Ashanti Region NPP Election to 10 days over Irregularities- Chairman Aspirant Hopeful

An Aspiring Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, Oheneba Kofi Adum Bawuah has called on the National Executives to postpone the regional elections to ten days to help address some concerns.

According to him,  there are three major issues that they are facing he believes postponing the elections to 10 Days will allow the party to address the concerns they are raising.

Speaking to the media on the back of the challenges stressed that, with just some few days to the elections,  they have not yet seen the election album, he also called on the Regional Minister who is the chairman of the elections committee to also step down due to his relationship with the incumbent NPP chairman.

Mr. Bawuah also feels the party needs to change the election voting center to the stadium which he feels is a neutral ground instead of the current ground.

He believes these issues can not be addressed in the few days left of the elections, therefore, calling for the postponement of the elections to 10 Days...

.Mr.Bawuah feels all these schemes are geared to favor the incumbent Chairman of the region, Mr. Antwi Boasiako in the elections and says the party must do the right thing to bring peace in the upcoming elections.
