Bayern Munich have announced that Ivan Perisic will return to Inter Milan.

The Croatian joined the Bavarians on a season-long loan with an option of signing the 31-year old on a permanent deal in the summer of 2020.

Perisic scored his first goal for Bayern and provided an assist in a 6–1 victory over Mainz in August and went ahead to notch eight goals in 35 appearances, winning the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, and Champions League.

Hans Flick has appreciated the Croatian’s time at the Allianz Arena and how he excelled in Portugal, helping Bayern to clinch their 6th Champions League trophy.
