Pastor Owusu at Akyem Asawase Busted For Burning Woman, 42 To Death With Spiritual Oil
The heartbreaking situation follows when a man of God in his early fifties; Pastor Isaac Okyeam popularly called "Pastor Owusu" has been arrested by Akyem Oda Police Division in connection with the death of a 42-year-old woman, Mrs. Ama Nkansah Appiah.

Tension is seriously brewing in Akyem Asawase, a suburb of Akyem Awisa in the Birim South District of Eastern Region.
The heartbreaking situation follows when a man of God in his early fifties; Pastor Isaac Okyeam popularly called "Pastor Owusu" has been arrested by Akyem Oda Police Division in connection with the death of a 42-year-old woman, Mrs. Ama Nkansah Appiah.
Mrs. Ama Nkansah Appiah who just died on Tuesday May, 2 2023 at Kolebu teaching hospital in Accra when she was being transferred from Akyem Oda government hospital due to body burnt injuries which is alleged that the said pastor caused it.
Narrating the incident to the media, a junior sister of the deceased woman; Adwoa Gloria said, on Tuesday April, 25 2023 her sister went to her usual spiritual man, Pastor Owusu who isn't operating a church but works as a spiritual pastor at home.
According to her, the deceased returned home burnt and was admitted at Oda government hospital but was later transferred to Kolebu teaching hospital in Accra when her condition got serious.
She explained that when the family called Pastor Owusu he denied of having anything in connection with her sister's situation but when he appeared in Oda Police Station, one could see clearly that his left hand and feet are also burnt which proves that he got Mrs. Ama Nkansah Appiah burnt and died through that.
She further added that upon an investigation, it was realized that their sister Mrs. Ama Nkansah Appiah went to the pastor and he used a spiritual oil which he usually do for his customers and during his usual spiritual incantations, the oil sparked fire on both of them which resulted in the woman gotten burnt and died out of it.
Another sister of the deceased; Mrs. Priscilla Asmah also added that most people especially in Akyem Oda are spreading false rumors that their deceased sister went to sleep in a hotel room with someone's husband and the wife came to pour acid on him which isn't true.
She pointed out that the detractors were making such false news to tarnish the good image of the woman and their family.
We want to clear the air since everything now clearly shows that it was Pastor Owusu's spiritual incantations which got their sister Mrs. Ama Nkansah Appiah burnt and led to her untimely death.
