Doctor Anu Felix, owner of MedContour,  a cosmetic surgery outfit in Lagos, has allegedly been arrested and charged to court by the Federal Government.

The Female Doctor has been accused of carrying out a botched cosmetic surgery that led to the death of one Mrs. Nneka Miriam Barbra Onwuzuligbo.

There were other complaints from some clients of the clinic including social media influencer, Omotola Taiwo popularly known as @Omohtee12.

It would be recalled that the clinic was sealed by Federal Competitive and Consumer Protective Commission (FCCPC) in May over alleged lack of professionalism and competence.

The arrest and court charge allegedly occurred following complaint from Omohtee about a cosmetic surgery that almost took her life.

According to the FCCPC, there was sufficient probable cause to inquire into the consumer protection aspects of the representations and services of Med Contour and its operatives.
