Our leaders' judgment has been tainted by greed, conceit, and vanity, according to Prince David Osei

Prince recently said in a Twitter(X) post that the leaders have disregarded their obligations to serve the people, citing money, hubris, and pride as reasons impairing their judgment.

He pointed out how the predicament has significantly increased the misery of the less fortunate.

"Those in positions of authority seem to have lost their duty to serve the public. Our leaders' judgment has been distorted by greed, haughtiness, and pride, while others who are less fortunate continue to suffer with no one holding them accountable.

"Unfortunately, it appears that no one now cares. Simply because they are state-owned assets, government properties are frequently mistreated and abused. Witnessing this circumstance is upsetting. The corruption that permeates every aspect of life, from the church to the government and beyond, makes the future of our beloved country appear doubtful.

Prince David also expressed dissatisfaction with the way insults have grown to be accepted forms of speech when discussing pertinent subjects, particularly among young people."I have serious concerns about Ghana's future. I find it painful to observe how we have devolved into an insult-prone country without moral decency.

"The younger generation believes it is appropriate to freely criticize authorities on media outlets like radio, television, and social media. It appears that insults are becoming the go-to technique for expressing viewpoints," he wrote.
