NPP Regional Executive Polls: Joe Donkoh Is Stepping  Out of Central Regional  1st Vice Chairmanship 

It has emerged that the Central Regional First Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Joe Donkoh was currently stepping out of the 1st Vice Chairmanship race and concentrate on helping the incoming Central Regional Chairman Dr. Essibu of the party to rebuild the NPP in the regional and constituency levels.

His decision to step down, according to the information available to this reporter was aimed ostensibly to help recapture all the lost seats parliamentary seats for the party in the region.

This was contained in a one-page write-up document by the Chief Campaign Adviser and Strategist to Joseph Donkoh, Mr. Horace Ekow Ewusi.

The document which has this report reads in part;" Good morning fellow Patriots; As the chief campaign adviser and strategist to Honorable Joseph Donkoh, I will like to inform all party faithfuls that after careful deliberations, the expertise of Hon Joe Donkoh will be required at other positions to help the party recover the seats we lost in the 2020 elections as well as breaking the 8, as regional 1st Vice he will be restricted in his activities. 

On that basis, Honorable Joe Donkoh is stepping out of the 1st Vice race and concentrating on helping the incoming chairman Dr. Essibu to rebuild the party. 

We will like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all our supporters. 

Apart from being the regional officer, there is another role that he can play to ensure that the party wins the 2024 general election.
