The Dormaa West Constituency Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Bono Region, Mr Ernest Amakwaa, has pledged to work hard to justify the overwhelming confidence reposed in him by the delegates of NPP to re-elect him as the NPP secretary of Dormaa West Constituency.

The Dormaa West Constituency Secretary of the New Patriotic Party in the Bono Region, Mr Ernest Amakwaa,

The Dormaa West Constituency Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Bono Region, Mr. Ernest Amakwaa, has pledged to work hard to justify the overwhelming confidence reposed in him by the delegates of NPP to re-elect him as the NPP secretary of Dormaa West Constituency.

He said people in the constituency should work hard to play a significant role in the overall victory of the NPP in election 2022, adding “We have done it before and can do it again.”

Mr. Ernest noted that the election of 2022 would be an important year in the history of Ghana's democracy and the NPP's retaining power would be consolidated because the party would win in the first round.

Expressing appreciation to the delegates for his re-election, he said, the NPP had always believed that elections were won or lost at the branch levels of the party and assured them that everything possible would be done to resource, motivate and encourage them to step up their mobilization drive for the impending biometric registration and the subsequent elections.

"I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the highest God for seeing me through the election process. I also thank my supporters and the entire party faithful for their love, advice, and support.

"Finally, to all the delegates for re-electing me as the secretary and administrator of Dormaa West Constituency for the next four years. Let's work together and form a formidable team to win the seat back and break the 8 as well," he stressed.
