No love lost for Real Madrid and Ronaldo

According to Zinedine Zidane, Cristiano Ronaldo and Real Madrid are still gracious yet the future of the player in the hands of Juventus.

Zinedine Zidane has refused to rule out a move for Cristiano Ronaldo once again.

The Frenchman although has spoken of the admiration of the Juventus player yet added that the love between Real Madrid and the Portuguese is still not lost.

The 36-year old since his move from Manchester United to the Los Blancos in 2009 established himself as one of the world’s finest, becoming the highest goalscorer in the history of Real Madrid and won numerous accolades for himself and Madrid - four Champions League crowns three Club World Cups and UEFA Super Cups apiece, two LaLiga titles, a pair of Copas del Rey and two Spanish Super Cups.

Ronaldo has been successful domestically with Juventus but is facing a challenge in unlocking his European abilities following his second exit from the Champions League with the Italian club.

Speculations are circulating that Real Madrid could reunite with their former man after he was blamed by the Italian media for Juventus loss on Tuesday night.

According to Zidane, Cristiano Ronaldo is a Juventus player and although there is no love lost between both parties, he cannot comment about the future of the player.

"Well, you know what Cristiano [Ronaldo] means to Madrid, what he has done, the affection we all have for him and what he has done here is magnificent," he said during a press conference of Real Madrid's LaLiga Santander clash with Elche.

"But now he is a Juventus player and he is doing very well there. I can't tell you anything, many things are said but you have to respect these things."
