This would be the first of such visits by the Working Committee Chairman, following his recent appointment by the NDC Functional Executive Committee and the National Youth Wing.

CHAIRMAN of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) National Youth Working Committee, Mr Okai Mintah paid a courtesy call on the Secretary-General of the Socialist International at her office in Vauxhall, London (United Kingdom).

This would be the first of such visits by the Working Committee Chairman, following his recent appointment by the NDC Functional Executive Committee and the National Youth Wing.

 He was warmly received by the Secretary-General, Ms Benedicta Lasi Esq, following which the two held extensive discussions on how the Socialist International can assist the NDC Youth Wing as a high standing member of the organization. 

Ms Lasi expressed elation at the visit and assured that the organization would continue to extend its useful technical support to the NDC and it’s Youth Wing in order to position the party to win the 2024 general elections.
 She advised the NDC to grant more political leadership opportunities to young people, in order to build their capacity and equip them for good governance. 
The Youth Working Committee Chairman, also on Saturday, 21st October 2023, joined the UK/Ireland Chapter in their Post-Elections Celebrations at Tottenham, North London.
 Members were charged to give their best efforts in order that the NDC and President John Mahama can clinch a one-touch victory in the 2024 general elections.
Present were Yamin (National Organiser), Comrade Mustapha Gbande (Dept General Secretary), Comrade Chief Biney (National Coordinator, ALPHA PROJECT), Comrade Abraham Ferguson* (Supreme Leader) Comrade Conrad Dumbah (UK/Ireland Chapter Chairman) and his executives as well as members and sympathizers of the great NDC.
