Asamoah Gyan Is Added by Bawumia to His Campaign Team

The vice president shockingly disclosed that the former captain of the Black Stars was a member of his manifesto committee in a statement issued by Bawumia's campaign director of communications.

According to the report, the committee's goal is to "undertake a holistic review of the New Patriotic Party's 2016 and 2020 manifestos and engage all relevant stakeholders to come to pout with a pragmatic 2024 manifesto." The committee will be chaired by the honorable Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, the former majority leader in parliament, and sector ministers.

The manifesto committee is additionally tasked with carrying out its job effectively and professionally in order to create a comprehensive manifesto that will be able to address Ghanaians' real concerns and socioeconomic difficulties for the long run.
