The purpose of the visit was to monitor the  progress of the exhibition exercise and to ensure that all eligible voters are properly registered.

PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATE on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Abuakwa South Constituency in the Eastern Region, Mr A.S Nana Addo-Aikins Jnr. visited some Electoral Commission voters exhibition centres in the constituency.

The purpose of the visit was to monitor the  progress of the exhibition exercise and to ensure that all eligible voters are properly registered.
Upon arrival at the party office in Kibi, the parliamentary candidate was joined by party executives and former appointees who have expertises in election management. 

They formed a team to work together in monitoring the exhibition exercise.
The team visited the various polling stations within the constituency to assess the setup and organization of the exhibition exercise. 

They checked if the necessary materials, such as voters registers and exhibition forms, are available and properly displayed. 
They also observed if there are any challenges or issues faced by voters during the process.

The ward coordinators and party sympathizers,who have a good understanding of the local communities, accompanied the team at their various towns to ensure that there is effective communication and cooperation with the voters. 

During the visit, the team also interacted with the voters present at the polling stations.
