Nana Owusu Sekyere Donates Mathematical Sets to 3,185 BECE Candidates in Atwima Mponua District.

The Director of Crop and Research at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Mr. Seth Osei-Akoto popularly known as Nana Owusu Sekyere has donated a number of Mathematical Sets worth almost GH¢25,000 to all the Three Thousand, One Hundred and Eighty Five (3,185) final year candidates for the Basic Education Certificate Examination, (BECE) in the Atwima Mponua District of the Ashanti Region.
Earlier this year, he handed over an ultramodern school edifice he built for Bontomuruso, a community in the Atwima Mponua District, to the Education Directorate.
In a short ceremony held this morning on Tuesday, 11th October, 2022 at Nyinahin, the District Capital, the District Education Director expressed her greatest satisfaction with the wonderful relationship that Nana Owusu Sekyere has built with the Education Directorate, and used the opportunity to express her heartfelt gratitude to him for his astonishing benevolence.
Nana Owusu Sekyere on his part assured the Education Directorate his commitment and readiness to join hands with them to improve upon education in the District.
He surprisingly provided "lunch" worth over GH¢15,000 to all the Headteachers who witnessed the donation today to also boost them to always come out with their best to support the children in the area.
The students and Staff of the schools expressed their gratitude to him, and wished him all the very best in his life endeavors and also called on others to emulate what Nana Owusu Sekyere is doing to support education in the District.
