Member of Parliament for Ayensuano constituency has stated that his vision has always been to empower the youths within his Constituency, in preparing them for the future.
Together with Impact Vocational Training Institute, they launched the "Honorable Teddy Addi Skill Acquisition Project 2022" which is aimed at training over 2500 youths in various Vocational and Skill training modules.
After several weeks of teaching and learning, he received a delegation from the Impact Vocational Training Institute as they presented their reports on phase 1 of the program.
"It was of great joy to know 1,810 youths have been trained in various modules including sugar craft, leather works, Installation, ICT among others", he mentioned.
"I was glad and overwhelmed to know many have already begun their own small business and are doing well", he added.
"We used the opportunity to discuss the way forward for phase 2 of this life-changing initiative and also how we can help our graduands with a little capita support", he said.
