''My Son Dad Is Muslim''- Akuapem's Reason For Converting Into Islam

Ghanaian actress and controversial socialist Rosemond Alade Brown, also known as Akuapem Poloo has stated that her decision is not to please anyone as she got a lot of people talking after her new step into the Islamic religion.

In the late hours of yesterday, Akuapem Poloshared photos of herself in Islamic regalia amongst her fellow Muslim brothers and sisters as she announced her conversion from the Christian religion into the Islam religion

In a video that has been deleted from her page, Akuapem Polo stated that she is aware of what she is doing and that there was no form of pressure on her to convert to the Islamic religion; nevertheless, she has been a lover of the Islamic religion for a long time.

She also disclosed that the father of her son is a Muslim, hence making her son a Muslim as well. Lamenting how some people have questioned her motive behind her conversion, Akuapem Polo issued a warning to those criticizing her, saying their criticism might cause them problems if they don’t desist from it.

Recall that the actress in a set of photos she posted was seen clothed in Muslim regalia while holding an ablution can and a prayer mat. She captioned her post:
