MPs From Volta Region To Attend The 30th Annual Convention Of Council Of  Ewe's Association In North America

Joycelyn Tetteh joined Honourable Speaker Of Parliament and other MPs from Volta Region to attend the 30th Annual Convention Of Council Of Ewe's Association in North America.

The Council Of Ewe Associations In North America ( CEANA) held their 30th Annual Convention at Atlanta Marriott Hotel in America on 31st August to 3rd September .

The theme: *Empowering Our Youth Towards Innovative Entrepreneurship In Transformational Agriculture.

This group has its membership across Ghana , Togo and Benin. It is the mother of all smaller Ewe Diaspora Associations in North America.

Upon invitation by the leadership of CEANA, Honourable Joycelyn used the opportunity to meet her North Dayi Constituents who happened to live in parts of North America to discuss issues concerning their various communities and how best they can collaborate to develop talents and empower the people as indicated by the theme of the convention

CEANA was established in 3rd July ,1993 with only four Ewe Diaspora Associations, but today, CEANA can boast of over  twenty (20) Ewe Diaspora Associations across, United States of America, Canada etc..

In the company were Honourable Emmanuel Bedzrah of Ho West Constituency, Hon Rockson Defeamekpor of South Dayi, Hon Dela Sowah and Hon Kofi Attor and Volta Regional Minister, Hon Letsa.

The Hon Speaker, ASK Bagbin ,was honoured for his love for Ewe community and great leadership to Ghana .

The constituents of North Dayi Constituency pledged their supports to help Hon Joycelyn Tetteh to bring more development to their people.
