Ghana gospel artiste, EBA, has stated that he does not believe that earthly possessions like money, cars, mansions, and flashy lifestyle can define success.

According to him, you are only successful if you further mandate that God has given to you right here on Earth.

“When they say someone is successful, to humans, it’s about having cars, money and living a luxurious lifestyle,”

“But God doesn’t judge success by the things you have. The Bible says success does not lie in the abundance of things that a man possesses.” he affirmed while speaking in an interview on the “Kasapa Entertainment” show on Kasapa FM.

He reiterated that a man can have everything possible to be obtained in the world and still be deemed a failure by God because "Money does not mean anything" to him.

“So, when we say someone is successful in the eyes of God, it means the person has fulfilled his God-given mandate or assignment.”

“Therefore, if you have many things – materially and financially – and you don’t fulfill your God-given assignment, then you are a failure in the eyes of God. Money is good but doesn’t mean anything.”

EBA, whose full name is Enoch Blessing Acquah, maintained that he might not be as successful in the eyes of men but he is not far from there. The musician cum entrepreneur is a real estate developer and the CEO of Soaring Estates Ghana Limited.

“My music career is a mandate I’m fulfilling. God called me into the music ministry a long time ago until recently that I put some things aside to focus on the music business.”

“So, yes, it’s a ministry and in the ministry, you have to position yourself strategically so that your brand can be respected, last, and make more impact. Once you position yourself well, that’s where business and marketing come in. So that more people will be opened to it and make more impacts.” He concluded.
