Many More Songs to Come With Kwesi Arthur - BB Naija’s Laycon

Laycon has suggested that his relationship with Kwesi Arthur is for life.

The most recent winner of the Nigerian Big Brother Naija Show, who was crowned the best of the Season 5 Crew revealed his intention to produce many songs with Kwesi Arthur over the period of his musical career.

Speaking at the Big Brother House, Laycon had expressed his eagerness to work with Kwesi Arthur on his album “Shall We Begin”.

The album was however released without a feature from Kwesi Arthur which left his Fans in Ghana wondering.

“Me and Kwesi we actually talk, we have been talking but I feel like, for ‘Shall We Begin’, we were intentional about the features that we had on the album, I promise you that. But me and Kwesi, it’s a long term thing, we are still going to work, more than one, two, three songs”.

This he said in an interview with MzGee on the New Day show on TV3.

Laycon further confessed his love for Ghana, claiming that he has been featured by some Ghanaian musicians he wasn’t ready to disclose yet.

He confessed that he went on the BBNAIJA show for fame since he already had music.

“I was Laycon the Artist. But now this is Laycon the Big Brother Naija Winner, Laycon the Media Personality, and the guy that’s known all over Africa."

"I wouldn’t have become that Laycon without the show. I knew that was what I wanted. And for all this to translate back to music was the intention. The intention was for the music,” he concluded.
