The two major political parties, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC), are already making serious preparations for the general elections that will take place in 2019.

Lekzy hosts “Can Pain Message” on Sept. 30 at National Theatre

It's interesting to note that this time around, it seems a number of people want to test their popularity on an equal footing. Comedian Lekzy Decomic is one of these people.

When he headlines the Can Pain Message show scheduled for the National Theatre on Saturday, September 30 at 7 p.m., Lekzy plans to introduce comedy fans to the humorous side of campaigns.

If the reviews posted on social media by the crowds of fans who saw Lekzy's Too Cute to Be Mute performances at Snap Cinemas in 2021 and the National Theatre last year are any indication, comedy fans will enjoy this.

Already, Lekzy and his team are whetting the appetite of netizens with posts and flyers on the upcoming show on social media.

One of the “Can Pain Message” flyers seen by Graphic Showbiz reads, “When I come to power, my abled team and I will operate like a chop bar. We will pound corruption down flat and serve Ghanaians with something delicious for the economic growth of our GDP”.

Lekzy Decomic, a former student of Takoradi Technical University College, claimed to be well-prepared for the day in a conversation with Graphic Showbiz."I can't wait to share this amazing painting with the world on September 30. I've been working on it for a while. We're simply going to have fun and aren't trying to advance any political agenda, so it's nothing too serious.

Lekzy claims he still has a lot to give, and his performance at Can Pain Message will serve as evidence of his development as a comedian over the years.

A collaboration between National Theatre and 2cute Entertainment House will produce the upcoming comedy special, which will be a follow-up to Lekzy's Too Cute To Be Mute comedy spectacular.

For the program, which will be hosted by Captain Smart of Onua FM, additional comedians like DKB, KSM, OB, Jh Joe, and Kojo PJ have also been scheduled.

The "Can Pain Message" will include poetry readings by Nana Asaase in addition to humor therapy.
