The New Patriotic Party (NPP) of the Kwadaso constituency have inaugurated their campaign team ahead of the upcoming general elections scheduled on December 7, 2020.

The incumbent government is focused on extending the reign of the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to lead Ghana for another four years hence their implementation of party stakeholders to engage and expound the four years accomplishments of accountable leadership to Ghanaians.

The team chosen to oversee that constituents are convinced enough to elongate Nana Addo's reign and change the face of their representative in Ghana's parliament includes an IT and a retired Security personnel, Social Media Handlers, a Lawyer, Volunteer groups, all Party Executive members and five influential people with at least two ladies.

The 2020 campaign of the NPP in the Kwadaso Constituency, themed ‘operation catch every voter, wherever and whenever we shall find them” is co-chaired by the chairman of the constituency, Hon. Yaw Bona Boadi and the parliamentary candidate elect, Dr. Kingsley Nyarko.

The member of Parliament of Afigya Kwabre North, Nana Amaniampong Marfo, and Board Chairman of the National Sports Council, Kwadwo Baah Agyemang were mandated by the Party to install the campaign team to begin their work.

The parliamentary candidate elect of the constituency, Dr. Kingsley Nyarko encouraged all party participants to get involved and impact the masses on the good governance of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, to make their electoral decision favorable for the NPP.  

“We believe that all coordinators, polling station executives and party members will help us to record 95 percent of votes in the constituency during the elections,’ he said whiles addressing the gathering at the event.

“We have to shoot for the moon and I know that just as Ghanaians believe in us, we will accomplish it.

“We will involve the house to house and even include dawn broadcasting as part of our itinerary. We have initiated what the National and Regional expected us to structure in our implementations and it is a sign that we are really on track."

He advised that the team should profess Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his responsible governance through their operation and quit unnecessarily partisan analysis.

He called for unity among the team if their strategies can be successfully achieved.

“This election is not purposely for Kingsley Nyarko, Nana Addo comes first in all due to the consoling initiatives he has employed in Ghana. We can achieve this through unity because the evidence is there.

President Mahama knows very well that the NPP is better than the NDC. Let’s all get involved in the campaign and preach Nana Akufo Addo to them.

The Kwadaso Constituency registered over 86,000 voters in the just ended new voters’ registration exercise and according to the Afigya Kwabre North Member of Parliament, the numbers give Kwadaso the decisive right in the upcoming elections.

He charged the constituency executives to work hard and win more than majority of the votes for the President and the Parliamentary candidate.

“Nana Addo cannot afford to play with Kwadaso due to the rate at which people registered in the Electoral Commission’s exercise. Let us not forget that not all the 86,000 can vote for Nana Addo but let us try as much as possible that for the first time, 75,000 to 80,000 can go in favor of the president.

“He will really appreciate it very well and your team leader will be taken serious if he has something to present on the table,” he added.
