KMA meets transport operators to enforce transport regulations
The meeting which took place on August 3,2023,at the Prempeh Assembly Hall also in the Ashanti Region deliberated on the rules and regulations of transport operators regarding their work as drivers.

The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) has met the various transport unions in the region amidst the transport regulations in the Metropolis.
The meeting which took place on August 3,2023,at the Prempeh Assembly Hall also in the Ashanti Region deliberated on the rules and regulations of transport operators regarding their work as drivers.
Mr Darko Dwira Francis,the Coordinating Director of KMA, when addressing the occasion stated that,the Assembly will make sure that the various unions work according to the regulations governing their work.
On his part, the Ashanti Regional GPRTU Chairman, Mr Sumaila Boakye advised drivers to do due diligence in their work, adding to that,he advised the leadership of Pragia riders to make sure stop those who are under age from riding the machine.
