Jaman North Member of Parliament Calls on Traditional Authorities to Call Former Member of Parliament to Order as He is Threat to Development.

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Jaman South Constituency of the Bono Region, Honourable Williams Okofo-Datteh has appealed to the traditional councils of the four Paramouncies in the municipality to as a matter of urgency, call the Municipal Chief Executive Honourable Andrews Bediako and the former Member of Parliament (MP), Honourable Yaw Afful to order for they have become the enemies of development within the municipality. 

The duo have teamed up to undermine the development of the constituency following the twelve (12) years of the abysmal performance of the former MP, Honourable Yaw Afful.

The former MP and his cohorts who are not comfortable with the marvellous achievements of the incumbent MP Honourable Okofo's Williams only two years in parliament have device means to sabotage his reign through some top government officials by preventing any major project to be carried out in the constituency under his watch.

Speaking in a radio interview on 29th December 2022 with the host, Akroma Deefour on Kiss fm the Member of Parliament cited several instances to buttress his claim that the former MP,  Honourable Yaw Afful and MCE, Honourable Andrews Bediako have resolved to block all developmental projects initiated and lobbied for by the Member of Parliament for the constituency. 

According to Honourable Williams Okofo Dateh ( MP), the MCE and his staff intentionally delay the signing of his memos to undertake developmental projects which to him is hindering the development of the area.

The former MP  after wasting 12 years in Parliament without even an inch of tarred road in the constituency now sleeps and wastes time in the Roads Ministry to make sure nothing good about roads comes to Jaman South.

Honourable Williams Okofo-Datteh believes the tactics by the former MP and his darling boy, Honourable Andrews Bediako won't affect only his duties as MP but rather, the entire municipality and has therefore called on the chiefs to caution them to desist from such 'evil act' to pave way for development.

The duo cannot comprehend why in the space of just 2 years, Honourable Williams Okofo Dateh has outperformed the 12 years achievements of the former Member of Parliament but for them, the only option left is to sabotage him and his works.

We call on all party faithful and the good people of Jaman South to remain resolute and stand by Honourable Williams Okofo Dateh for the future is very bright.
