In 2024 Showdown Don't Allow Yourselves To Be Deceived By NDC -NPP Central Tongu Youth Organiser Tell Volterians
National Democratic Congress (NDC) is not a good alternative for the people in the Volta Region because the party has nothing to offer volterians in the future, the Central Tongu Constituency Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of the Volta Region, Mr. Edward Confidence Dunyo aka Abakaliki has declared.

National Democratic Congress (NDC) is not a good alternative for the people in the Volta Region because the party has nothing to offer volterians in the future, the Central Tongu Constituency Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of the Volta Region, Mr. Edward Confidence Dunyo aka Abakaliki has declared.
According to him, the volterians have wasted their times to vote for the NDC since the former President Flt Lt. John John Rawlings which has taken them for granted, saying that in the 2024 general elections, the people in the region should not vote for NDC again.
Addressing a crowded press conference on Monday August 29, 2022 to set the record straight on the issues of the community important, Mr. Dunyo stated that the social and infrastructure development achievements of the NPP government under the current leadership of the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Central Tongu District Assembly, Mr lThomas Moore Zonyrah are visibly or obvious to see, stressing that nobody need light to see our records."
According to him, his attention has been drawn to a video circulating in the public domain indicating that one Dzramado Dram has granted interviews on the Mafi Adidome based Dela Radio 105.7FM challenging the New Patriotic Party government to show the constituents its developmental projects.
He pointed out that Mr. Dramani is not just been doing so but using a lantern in his trip to markets and other social media.
He stated that it is unfortunate for Mr. Dramani using a lantern because " our developmental projects are bigger than an artificial light to see."
The youth commander described the situation as unfortunate but a call at the right time to account to the good people of Central Tongu constituency what our party has done, continue doing and will do in the future.
The communicator quickly challenges Mr. Drama to help his NDC leadership to account to their so called world bank what they have done during their administration for over 25years .

Mr Dunyo stated that the NPP government has done well in the Central Tongu Constituency of the provision of education, health, water, security, sanitation, youths and sports, road networks, social welfare,
In the provision of the education facility to the Central Tongu District, Mr Dunyo stated that the NPP government through the Central District Assembly has constructed Adidome Girls model school=100% completed, Mafi Anfoe KG=100% completed, Mafi Avedo 3 unit classroom 80% completed, Mafi Wudukpo 3 unit classroom block 90% completed, Renovation of Mafi Kumase E.P KG=100% completed, New Bakpa KG =100% completed
and Mafi Srekpe 3 unit classroom block=100% completed.
Other educational infrastructures are the construction of the Mafi Akyemfo 3 unit school block with office=100% completed,
Mafi Tsawla KG block =(almost completed/ongoing), Technical workshop and learning materials at Mafi Kumase Sec Tech school =100% completed, Dining hall comex at MACKSEC =100% completed, ditto-- Adidome Complex =100% completed
On the sanitation, he mentioned that the NPP government has constructed the Mafi Mediage school 6 seater W/C =100% completed, Adidome market W/C renovation =100% completed, Mafi Kumase Sec Tech 6 seater W/C =100% completed, Adidome Zongo W/C =95% completed, Adidome Aziewa W/C =70% completed, Adidome market flashing urinal =100% completed and Mafi Anfoe 4 seater W/C =70% completed.
Others he said include the construction of the Mafi Fiekpe CHIPs Compound =100% completed, Mafi Anfoe CHIPs Compound =100% completed, Adidome Hospital Emergency ward = 100% completed, Kpogadzi nurses quarters =100% completed, Completion of Dove health Centre =100% completed, Adidome nurses quarters (ongoing), seater W/C at Adidome Fieto =90% completed, ditto--- at New Bakpa =85% completed and ditto--- at Mafi Kumase new market= 60% completed
In the road networks infrastructure, Mr Dunyo mentioned that the NPP government has constructed Mafi Zongo to Adiekpe (culvert), Tedeafenui ( reshaping ), Klukpo junction and Anfoe to Alorsekofe ( reshaping and culvert) .
In the local economic development projects, he pointed out the government has renovated the Mafi Kumase market lockable soters=100% completed,Lorry station shed at Mafi Kumase old market, Market sheds and stalls (5 No.at Mafi Kumase new market), Single storey market stores at Mafi Kumase market and Construction of livestock, poultry etc market at Aflafenu.
He said that the government has formed the local development women group which includes the Kpedzeglo miyingor group (cassava processing equipment) and ditto--- Ametefekope Lorlornyo group.
He pointed out that the NPP government has set up agriculture development/ industries which includes the large scale rice farm and mill at Adidome (Indo Agro Industry LTD) and
Omni poultry farm.
He pointed out that the government through the Assembly has currently resurfaced the roads from the Yorkutikpo to Bakpa Avedo and Agortakpo junction to Kpoviedzi etc.
He stressed that under the social and infrastructural development of the current DCE, the NDC or nobody can match us,"the commander added.
On the safety drinking water projects, Mr Dunyo pointed out that there have been the Conversion of GTZ Water Treatment plant at Adidome from slow sand Filtration System to a Rapid Sand Filtration System, including laying of Raw Water Intake pipe and installation of Pumps.
He pointed that the Community, Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) water expansion to cover 98 towns and villages in Central Tongu through the government of Ghana adding that the government through the Assembly has constructed water booster station at Yorkutikpo to improve on water supply to Avedo Zone and part of South Tongu District Communities STRABAG.
He contended that the they have been the expansion of the STRABAG/ADIDOME water system from Adidome to some other Districts ie Adaklu, Kpetoe and Agortime Ziope (CWSA&GOG).
He rethorically asked that "WHERE ARE THE PROPAGANDIST USING THEIR LANTERN?
,adding that Hope they can see now and account for themselves, the communicator asked?
The indefatigable Communicator and the youth organizer for Central Tongu constituency who also serves as one of the PAs to the District Chief Executive Honourable Thomas Moore Zonyrah when contacted by some media houses confirmed the above projects and promised to mention more when there is time to do so at any platform.
He therefore advised Mr. Dramani to stop wasting his time with the lies because the projects under the New Patriotic party (NPP) in Central Tongu constituency are bigger than meer light to see.
Mr Dunyo added that they were not trained in doing political propaganda BUT trained to always come out and debate issues with fact and figures. He then challenges the NDC to come out with their projects in the Constituency.
The youth commander pleaded to the youth in the constituency to remain focused as they work together in the constituency for more votes in order to break the 8 as promised" Our projects and policies will give us the votes come 2024 and not political propaganda".
He concluded that more job opportunities will be coming to the constituency soon because the party and government have Central Tongu constituency at heart.
