Ghana man killed by lions after scaling zoo fence

Lions attacked and killed a man in Ghana after he scaled a barrier at the Accra Zoo.

Just before the horrific attack, the man was seen in the enclosure that is home to a lion, lioness, and two cubs.

The man's body was later recovered after the lions were cornered by the zoo authorities.

Police are looking into the middle-aged man's motivation. The local news website MyJoyOnline claims that the man was trying to steal a cub.

Authorities have confirmed that no lions escaped during the event, and they are requesting that people maintain their composure.
