She does not believe that flashing skin is the sole thing that will draw attention and keep one's relevance, unlike certain female entertainers, especially vocalists who leave very little to the imagination.

Adina has always taken great pride in her good looks, and she first made her presence known in the music arena in 2008 when she won the music reality competition Stars of the Future.

"I won't compromise on decency only to garner publicity or continue to be relevant in my field. In a conversation with Graphic Showbiz on Monday, September 25, she stated that decency sells as well, and that she was happy of her decision.

Adina claimed that she would not budge from her position. Despite her immense talent, she is even willing to pay a cruel price to be the underdog if it will keep her out of the "mess" of indecency.

The Why musician claims that her viewpoint is strongly entrenched in her background and personal views and that she may still be relevant even if she doesn't follow the latest trends.

"I am not under any pressure to uphold any unethical standards in order to market my trade. Even though it is a personal choice, my training forbids it, Adina said.

The gifted vocalist, known for songs like Killing Me Softly, Why, Sika, and Take Care of You, credits her perseverance to her upbringing and faith in the strength of her beliefs.

She will never allow herself to adopt a particular persona for the sake of popularity. She will more likely stand out thanks to her dedication to displaying decency and authentic self-expression.

"People want to project a specific image, and when they think about branding and building a following, they tend to follow the trends that are popular with everyone, such as what we see on our screens. Toeing that line is the simple thing for them to do.

"In my opinion, every brand reveals a person's identity and values. What you are seeing right now is mine. She said, "I've tried mine, and it's working for me.

Adina is now promoting her brand-new song, Party with Kofi Kinaata. She told Graphic Showbiz that she was optimistic about making a significant impact on the world with her new song, which encourages listeners to make time to let go of tension.

Adina, who took home the Best Female Vocal Performer prize at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs), emphasized the value of global cooperation as a way to connect with a wide range of consumers.

"International collaboration is good and helps us sell and introduce our sound to other audiences in other parts of the world," the speaker continued.
