Ronald Koeman says his team lacked fortune in front of goal against Juventus hence their late assurance in the Champions League match on Wednesday night.

The Blaugranas were 2-0 winners against the Biaconeries in their second group game in Turin. They could got the job done after series of chances yet failed to convert by the forward line, with Antoine Griezmann unanimated in front of goal.

Koeman expressed his frustration on the touchline due to Griezman's insufficiency disclosing after the game that the former Atletico Madrid forward had a stroke of luck on Wednesday night.

“We didn't kill the game," Koeman said afterwards.

"We had very clear chances. But Antoine [Griezmann] had back luck, his shots couldn't have been much better.

"It's always important to create chances. We were the superior team, we had depth and a man free in the middle. It was a fair result."

Barcelona top the table with six matches after back to back wins in the European cup. The club recently has been surrounded by eventful decisions following Josep Maria Bartomeu's resignation as president, but the coach insists he's only focusing on the football.

"I think we have to think about the sporting side only," Koeman said. "The team have been good and it doesn't affect me.

"It doesn't worry me. We're putting our energy into football. It's not in our hands."
