Ghanaian rapper, Fameye, has praised government for it's unique approach in tackling the Coronavirus in Ghana claiming that it was due to this approach that the effects of the pandemic did not go as deep as it would have gone using other countries as examples to solidify his claims.

He stated that the Government's act to empower the frontline health workers has been immeasurable, as it has yielded dividends early. Fameye admitted that if the frontline workers are motivated to work then there's much more hope for seek patients expressing his admiration for the incentives that have been given to them and also the palliatives towards the general public i.e. payment of water bill and 50% payment of electricity bill of all Ghanaians for the months of April, May and June.

"The government is doing so well in fighting coronavirus pandemic. Even Nigerians are commending our President. He has given incentives to health workers and paying for water and light bills for all Ghanaians," he disclosed in an interview with Kwame B on the Di Wu Lane Mu Show on Kasapa FM.

The rapper admitted that the virus outbreak has halted his work thus far as an artiste. With the coronavirus robbing artistes of the joy in the industry, the Ghanaian singer unveiled how he has paid back most organizers for shows he was booked to perform but was cancelled due to the outbreak. Fameye is currently promoting his new song titled ‘Beautiful’.
