Acting District Chief Executive for Dormaa East, Honourable Emanuel Kofi Agyemang has asserted that the New Patriotic Party’s government led by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has fixed problems pertaining to agriculture in his area.

Speaking on Ark in the Morning monitored by Soiree News, the DCE made known that as part of measures to improve Agriculture in the area, agric extension officers have been increased from three to twenty-one.

He revealed that Dormaa East District Assembly has planned to supply about 1 million seedlings of cashew at the jurisdiction. Three hundred thousand cashews will be distributed on Wednesday.

He was happy the government has provided his area with the College of Agric to train students with regards to anything agriculture. He is of the view that this will go a long way to improve upon the Agric sector in Ghana.
