Ghana's Tijaniya President Begins Islamic Outreach in Gonjaland

Sheikh Ahmed Abdulfaid selfless public outreach is targeted at calling people to Islam and the Tariqat Tijaniyya,  which happens to be the Islamic legacy his father practised and spread in the previous ten regions of the country.

The President and Supreme Leader of the Tijaniyya Muslim Council Of Ghana, Sheikh Ahmed Abulfaid Khalifa has begun his annual preaching outreach (Da’awah) tour of the Gonjaland in the Savanna Region.

Sheikh Ahmed Abdulfaid selfless public outreach is targeted at calling people to Islam and the Tariqat Tijjaniyya,  which happens to be the Islamic legacy his father practised and spread in the previous ten regions of the country.

As part of the outreach, Sheikh Ahmed Abdulfaid will pay a courtesy call on the Buipe Wura Abdullahi Jinapor II at Buipe palace in the Central Gonja District of the Savanna Region.

He has been pencilled to grace the birthday celebration of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W), where he will preach to the people the word of Allah.

Places he and his entourage have visited include Mpaha, Sheri, Yapei, Kusawgu, Chaama and Tonayili.

Others areas are Tuluwe, Daboya and Damongo.
