The Community Members of the Woman No Good Electoral Area of Boaya near Benna Nkwanta in the Amenfi West Municipality of the Western Region left Chuch yesterday in search of gold at a galamsey site.
The attempt by president Nana Akufo Addo trying to stop galamsey activities in the country is proven futile as even church members left for gold due to an announcement made by some guys in the Boaya who are into galamsey informed the people that they have found some gold around the area and this prompted many people from far to move to the area including woman, children and many others moved to the site to search gold at the galamsey site.
As a result of the announcement most people who were at the church joined their fellow citizens to indulge in the galamsey activities on Sunday morning when it was time for Church.
