Hajia Police has defended the Ghanaian Police Service in the wake of the recent Funny Face saga.

The artiste, who also doubles as a police officer, maintained that Funny Face had no right to insult the police the way he did.

Funny Face, following his initial arrest on February 9, 2021, shared a video on his page, in which he was seen parked a few meters away from the police station playing loud music with his vehicle.

He has since then uploaded multiple videos to express his displeasure at the police officer with unprintable verbal insults.

In one post, he said:

“My mood now? knowing very well am abt to be filthy rich from some fools called GHAyana police .. Am suing dem 5 million dollars or @funnyfansofficial ….. u say make we increase am...my left ear sef Dey pain me .. my vision is blared .."

"I can’t see well … only women pioto i dey see well ? saaaaawwwwww .. now we catch KWadeeiii level … USA USA USA USA .. yabodam fucking ?????? stilllllllllllll “ ONE MAN THOUSAND" “GYE NYAME@funnyfansofficial we are RICH @brashizzle is da hype man” he wrote in his post.

Hajia Police has said that Funny Face's act is punishable by the law.

According to her, "insulting behaviour" is not tolerated by law enforcers.

“I cannot believe Funny Face could say such things. Someone who kids look up to... It is a big offence. This is insulting behaviour. I used to respect that man so much. But his utterances are morally bad and according to the law, it is regarded as an offense,”

She further cautioned the comedian to hold himself on subsequent posts or face the full wrath of the law.
